How eclipse separates multiple items with different folders

Sometimes when we use eclipse, we find that there are a lot of projects under Project Explorer, and if most of them are not good enough, we can delete them from eclipse, but if they are often used, they are deleted, and we have to re-import them every time we use them. But if you do not delete it, it seems very messy, looking for a lot of trouble, so we can put different items in different folders.

First see my eclipse, there are these projects, two MAVEN projects have eight projects, see very messy.

At this point, we see that the two folders appear under Project Explorer, and the items we selected appear when we click Open.

At this time we found that in addition to our own creation of the two working set in the other items are missing, then click on the triangle, the mouse to the top level elements found that the last item is not selected, selected after the discovery of the other projects this folder, All the other projects are on the show.
