1. Disable Oracle Services: Enter Computer Management, in the service, find all services at the beginning of Oracle, right click to select Stop
2. In the Start menu, locate Universal Installer, run Oracle Universal Installer, click Uninstall product
3. in the Product List window, click Expand All, except oradb11g_home1, tick other items, click Delete
After uninstalling, then delete: oradb11g_home1
3. Press the Windows logo key and R key, open the Run window, enter regedit, open the registry, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software, locate Oracle, delete
4. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services, and then delete all items that begin with Oracle
5. Expand Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\eventlog\application to remove all entries from Oracle.
6. In HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, delete the entry that begins with Ora
7. Restart the computer, delete the Oracle directory, delete the Oracle installation directory app, etc.
