The first step:
From the Windows desktop, execute the start → database configuration Assistant command, open the Welcome screen of the database Configuration Assistant dialog box, click the Next button in the interface, WIN10 below are: "start" → "programs" → "Oracle-<ORACLE_HOME_NAME>" → "Configuration and transpose Tools" → "Database configuration Assistant" command, open database The Welcome screen of the Configuration Assistant dialog box, click the Next button in the interface
Step Two:
Enable the CREATE DATABASE option, click the Next button, and go to step 2: Choose Create Database
Step Three:
Go to the "Step 3: Database Templates" interface
Fourth Step:
To enable the general purpose or transaction processing option, click the Next button to enter the "Step 4: Database Identity" interface
Fifth Step:
Set the global database name for the new database in the Step 4: Database Identity interface, which is set to MYORCL, and the database instance name (SID) defaults to the global database name and MYORCL
Sixth step:
Once the password is set, click the Next button to enter the "Step 4: Storage Options" interface, where the "file system" option is enabled
Sixth step: Go to step six storage options interface, enable the file system option in this interface
