I. Back up the database
Open the Enterprise Manager of Microsoft SQL Server (Enterprise Manager in English), expand the Server group, and expand the database, such:
Right-click the Database to be backed up. all tasks = Backup Database (Backup Database in English), for example:
Click Back up database to see:
Database: select the name of the Database to be backed up;
Name: Enter the backup file Name;
Backup: select Database-complete );
Destination: You can save the backup file to the current default path. To change the path, delete the current path and click Add )", select the storage path of the backup file.
Overwrite: If you save the backup file to the current default path, select Overwrite existing media. If you change the path, select "Append to media" or "Overwrite existing media.

2. Restore the database
The databases backed up in the preceding method do not have any suffixes,
Open the Enterprise Manager of Microsoft SQL Server (Enterprise Manager in English), expand the Server group, and create a database:
Enter the name of the new database:
Click "Data file" to view the directory where the Data file is located and record it:
Click "Transaction log" to view the directory where the log file is located and record it:
Click "OK" to create a new database.
Right-click the newly created database and select all tasks = Restore database (Restore database ):
