How to choose an Android game engine
It is necessary to select the game engine for Android game development. But how should we choose? Which Android game engine is more suitable for you? This article provides a comparison between the three game engines, describes their respective features, and provides a reference for you to choose an engine.
1. Ronkon
If you don't want to help the author solve a lot of compatibility problems, do not use this engine. I wasted a day and a half, just to run the instance program. At first, I thought it was my horizontal food. As a result, a bunch of people did not run, and I was like a black screen. Although its documentation is well done, I still gave up. Originally, the compatibility of the Android platform was an old challenge. I was not able to handle it in the next half-hanging engine.
2. AndEngine
This engine is used now. Although there are no documents, there are many instances, Forum activity, Genie, particle effect, XML map, physical system ...... Basically all the game needs can meet my needs.
3. libGDX
This engine is very good. The author's BenchMark test is several times faster than the AndEngine in Hero, And the Wrapper of Box2D used in the first two is modified by this author. Ronkon's graphics library is also based on this, but the disadvantage is that the engine is 3D and relatively low-layer, and many things need to be implemented by myself. So I chose to use AndEngine first, you need to check libGDX later.
Of course there is Cocos2D, a popular engine on the iPhone, and it also has the Android version, which is not clear if you don't know much about it.
How to Use the android game engine, how to use it, and introduce each step. The engine has been downloaded, but I don't know how to use it.
At least name the game engine. What else do you plan to do with the engine?
How is the android game engine used? How is it used under a software?
The game engine is a jar package. It is no different from the third-party jar package of java. It is similar to importing a jar package and then calling the method in it by yourself.
