Using the installation package to install Windows Version Vim (: http://www.vim.org/download.php), VIM automatically sets the vim interface language based on the language of windows. How can I change it to English?
Find the file named "_ vimrc" under the installation root directory of VIM (my path is D: \ Program Files \ Vim), in the first line:
Set nocompatible
And the second line:
Source $ vimruntime/vimrc_example.vim
Add the followingCode("The following is a comment ):
Let $ lang = 'en' "Set message languageset langmenu = EN" set menu's language of gvim. No spaces beside '='
In this way, the interfaces of vim and gvim are in English.
For more information about language settings, see the vim command ": Help LAN"
Note:
The Vim version in this article is vim7.3, and Windows Version: win7 professional
