Debugging Android applications with eclipse has the advantages of Automatic Error prompting, function correction, import information, and single-step debugging. the browser in Android is a built-in application, by default, many errors cannot be found.
Follow these steps to solve the problem that eclipse cannot debug the browser application.
1. Import the android project browser using the source code in eclipse;
2. menu project --> properties --> JAVA build path --> libraries --> Add library... --> User library --> User libraries... --> New... add a new system library.
3. Return to the previous page and select the newly added library.
4. Menu project --> properties --> JAVA build path --> order and export.
Select the Library added in step 2 and move it to the top of the list through the up button;
5. menu project --> properties --> JAVA build path --> libraries --> select the added library --> edit --> User libraries... --> Add jars... add the classes in the out/target/common/obj/java_libraries/framework_intermediates directory. jar and out/target/common/obj/java_libraries/android-common_intermediates/classes. jar;
6. Compile the browser application again under the command
7. Menu project --> properties --> JAVA build path --> source --> link source...
In the dialog box
Linked folder location: input (Browse...) "Out/target/common/obj/apps/browser_intermediates/src"
Folder name: Enter "src2". Of course, it can be anything else, as long as there is no duplicate name.
Everything is under attack ^ _ ^. Note that out is a relative path.
