-Vmargs: VM parameter settings;
-Xms40m: the virtual machine occupies the Minimum Memory of the system;
-Xmx256m: the virtual machine occupies the maximum memory of the system;
-XX: permsize: Minimum heap size. Generally, insufficient memory indicates the size of the heap. If the remaining heap space is smaller than 5%, a warning is reported. We recommend that you set this value to a slightly larger value, however, it depends on the machine memory size;
-XX: maxpermsize: Maximum heap size.
