Install and configure the eclipse SVN plug-in subclipse

1. Use the eclipse Software Update Tool

This method is the easiest to install and is suitable for beginners. You do not need to download the corresponding plug-in package from subclipse, regardless of whether eclipse is currently installed in 3.x or 2.x.

 

2. Use the subclipse plug-in package for installation.

In this way, you have to download the corresponding subclipse plug-in package from subclipse. This method is suitable for experienced users.

Use the eclipse Software Update Tool

Step 1.

Open eclipse, select help> Software Update> Find and install

 

 

Stop 2.

 

Click "search new feature to be installed" and click Next.

 

Step 3.

Click "create remote site"

Use your eclipse version to select a remote site from the address below

Name: subclipse 1.4.x (eclipse 3.2 +) URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.4.xname: subclipse 1.2.x (eclipse 3.2 +) URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.2.x
Name: subclipse 1.0.x (eclipse 3.0/3.1) URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.0.x

 

Step 4.
After entering the remote site and name, click OK and then click Finish. P eclipse will automatically search for resources for you

Step 5.
After eclispe is searched, the following information is displayed for the resources you have found. Select subclipse-> next step.

If the terms of the agreement appear, select "I agree". (If you disagree, do not use "^_^".-> next step.

When the confirm page appears and the installation path appears, we keep the default-> click Finish eclipse to start downloading resources for you

Step 6. After the download is complete, select "Install all"

Step 7
After clicking "Install all", eclipse starts to install subclipse for you. After the installation is complete, eclipse will prompt you to restart eclipse and click "yes ".
Step 8.
After restarting eclipse, let's take a look at the yurong of SVN.
Select WINDOW> open perspective> Other
