Installation of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c

Here, I am introducing the installation of the cloud Control 12c. The previous version is called Grid Control, which is also known as 11g. When I write this blog, the Cloud Control 13c has come out, this version follow me to introduce.

  Before installing, let's take a look at the overall architecture.   First, it needs a database (that is, repository) to hold the configuration information for the cloud control. A server is required to install cloud Control. We then use the browser to access the console of the cloud control (also called EM) and then the agent for the database server to be monitored. This will enable us to monitor.   Below, let me introduce my current environment and describe the specific installation steps again. Database (Repository): Ip:172.168.19.2hostname:djp01por:1521service Name:ora11 and ensures that the current database can be accessed, and SYS users can connect remotely. One, you need to prepare a database server and install Oracle, and then configure the requirements as described above. I will not introduce the specific process here.   Second, configure the cloud control server. 1, create the user and user groups, create the installation directory, and empower. [[email protected] ~]$  description is pass, the network is not a problem.  5, upload and unzip the Cloud control installation package, unzip it, and execute the Runinstaller script. Here, I'm using Em12104_linux64_disk1.zip,em12104_linux64_disk2.zip,em12104_linux64_disk3.zip. After uploading these three files to the same directory, unzip them directly. Execute Runinstaller script will enter the following interface,  click Next.   can choose Skip, then click Next.   Enter the directory for the installation list and click Next.   Here are some checks that are best to pass. The above is because my physical memory is low (at least 3G).   Select Advanced, click Next.   Enter a directory for middleware Home,agent base, and then enter hostname.   Here, keep it by default.   Enter the password and the installation directory for OMS Instance base respectively.   Enter the connection information for the repository library it corresponds to.   Enter the password for Sysman and agent registration. This sysman is createdIn the database user of the repository library, the following is the directory where the spatial counterpart data files are created on the repository library.
