Installing MAVEN under the Eclipse development environment

1. Download maven, open the link http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi, where you can see a list of available maven software downloads, I am now apache-maven-3.2.1-bin.zip.
2. After the download is complete, extract maven to the D disk D:\apache-maven-3.2.1 directory. The MAVEN environment variable is then configured to create a new maven_home in the environment variable, with a value of D:\apache-maven-3.2.1, and then add%maven_home%\bin to the path;
3. Verify that MAVEN is successfully installed and enter at the command line: mvn-version, the following message appears:
So the MAVEN environment is well configured.
4. Configure the MAVEN local repository, locate the Setting.xml in the D:\apache-maven-3.2.1\conf directory, and configure the storage path for the MAVEN local warehouse. The following is the path <localRepository>C:/Users/lenovo3/.m2/repository</localRepository> I configured.
5. Install the Eclipse Maven plugin, which downloads the address: http://download.csdn.net/detail/hu_shengyang/7833797, and unzip the file after downloading. Build the Maven folder in Eclipse's D:\eclipse\dropins directory, and then copy the Maven extracted plugins and features folders to it, and then in D:\eclipse\ Dropins directory to create Maven.link, inside the input Path=d:/eclipse/dropins/maven can be. Restart Eclipse.
6. Eclipse->window->preferences->maven->installations->add in Eclipse ... Set the path to MAVEN installation.

Then switch to the User settings option, make the MAVEN profile for D:\apache-maven-3.2.1\conf\settings.xml, then click Update Setting, as shown in the following figure:
