md5sum 计算和校验文件的 MD5 值

Syntax format: md5sum "option" "File" md5sum [options] [file]
Note: The md5sum command and subsequent options and files must have at least one space between each element
Option Description:

parameter Options	Explanatory notes
-C	Reads the MD5 checksum value from the specified file, and the pawn checks
--status	Verify the parameters used by the file, do not output any information, you can use the return value of the command to determine

Case one:
Generates a MD5 value for a file to verify that the file has changed

Note: A return value of 1 indicates a change, and a return value of 0 indicates that no change has occurred
