Mac OS X: Enable single-program mode
Update:
I just wrote a script program for switching mode, singleapp_on_off.app, ready to upload, but I still said I have uploaded it. If necessary, let me know.
What is the single-program mode? It only shows the current running program, and other non-current programs are reduced to the dock. This function is useful for demonstration. If you open a program, the program that was originally opened on the desktop will automatically switch to a minimum, which is also applicable when you switch the program, the program to be switched is displayed at the beginning, and the program opened just now is automatically minimized. Of course, you need to switch each program through the dock. If you use command + TAB combination, it doesn't work.
The implementation of this function is quite simple. You only need to execute the following command in terminal.
Defaults write com.apple.doc K single-app-bool true <br/> killall dock
Disabling this function is also simple:
Defaults write com.apple.doc K single-app-bool false <br/> killall dock
If you are in conflict or fear of terminal, you can execute the program below.
Singleapp_on.app
Note: At present, the system considers that my singleapp_off.app and the on above are a program that prohibits upload. Therefore, there is no singleapp_off.app program. You can send emails or leave a message if necessary.
