Mac OS X: User Account Selection
Default Account:
Is the most common user, needless to say.
AD/OD network account
Needless to say, they are all standard user types, except that the user account is managed on the network server and the user's home folder is also on the server.
Non-standard location account:
It is also stored on a local disk, but not the default path.ProgramSo that it does not display these accounts, it requires a little knowledge of the command line.
Mobile account network mobile account:
The user's home folder is stored on a local disk, but the user's management uses a central server, such as the dock, printer, System Preferences options, and runable programs.
Disk mobile account
All user information is stored in external removable disk media, such as a USB flash disk. in this way, the user can be moved. Of course, to use this mobile account on a computer, the local user with Administrator permission is required.
Mixed adjusted account:
Redirecting some user folders to the server can be for local users, but more for network users, applicable to different networks and user environments, or enterprise standards.
