The performance of instructors can be measured in the following aspects.
1. Standard Level(Weights: 20%)
Including whether the class can be attended on time, the standard Mandarin, whether the phone is answered frequently in the class, and whether the teaching time is changed frequently due to the teacher's reasons.
2. course content Evaluation(Weight: 50%)
Including: (1) whether to complete the prescribed teaching tasks. Evaluate the necessity of any content beyond the teaching plan.
(2) classroom content consistency. Whether the content in the teaching plan can be organized in a coherent manner. You should not encourage students to learn the Key formulas of the previous chapters.
(3) Whether the teaching content is updated in a timely manner. If the latest scientific progress can be reflected, the outdated content in the textbook should be modified.
3. Student feedback(Weight: 30%)
Including: (1) the course is welcomed by students. After all, the course is for students. The degree of welcome of students can reflect the teacher's teaching ability or personality charm.
(2) students' gains. This is important because it is the purpose of teaching to enable students to learn things.
(3) workload. This must be ...... Contact is necessary, but the course burden must be moderate ...... Right Amount (especially in an algebra class, hard to remember ......)
(4) pre-examination performance. This is mainly to assess whether the teacher gave the students a strong threat before the examination. It is not a psychological suggestion that you cannot pass this exam to attract the attention of students.
The final evaluation result is a combination of the above results.
