Observe that the light on the PON device is normal, and normally the power and pon lights of the PON device are always on, and the Los Lights (red) are off. The Los lights did not go out. Indicates that the optical fiber line is faulty, please check the fiber interface is loose, or contact the operator to check whether the fiber line is normal and is the Epon/gpon line.

1 , authentication issues
If the PON light is not always lit, it means that the PON device is not registered successfully. Suggest that the operator has other authentication means, the common authentication method has MAC address authentication, loid authentication, SN code authentication (GPON) and so on, then refer to the corresponding product detailed configuration guide to set.
2 ,VLAN settings
If the PON light is always on, but the computer still fails to dial successfully, it may be related to local VLAN settings, and you need to set a specific VLAN ID to dial successfully (this step is only applicable to me610/mg610). It is recommended to consult a broadband operator and record relevant information to contact online customer service or 400-8810-500 for technical support.
