Today, when you help developers demon install Oraclexe, there is this tip:
Destination folder:d:\oraclexe\
port for ' Oracle Database Listener ': 1521
port for Oracle Services for Microsoft Transaction Server ': 2030
Port for HTTP listener:8080
As you can see, the Default Web console service port is 8080 and cannot be changed at installation. After the installation and Tomcat, JBoss and other servers conflict, so you will encounter a lot of problems. There is a section of SQL in the XE installation file that can be used to change the HTTP port.
In the D:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\config\scripts\postDBCreation.sql file. There is such a section of SQL code:
Begin
Dbms_xdb.sethttpport (' 8080 ');
Dbms_xdb.setftpport (' 0 ');
End;
/
Then look at the log file D:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\config\log\postDBCreation.log, there is a record:
Sql> begin
2 dbms_xdb.sethttpport (' 8080 ');
3 dbms_xdb.setftpport (' 0 ');
4 End ;
5 /pl/sql procedure successfully completed.
You can see that Oracle XE uses it to set up the HTTP port and opens the Sql*plus console. Log in with SYS or system. And then run:
Begin
Dbms_xdb.sethttpport (' 8081 ');
Dbms_xdb.setftpport (' 0 ');
End
This will set the port to 8081.
