GXPT is a distributed system, which temporarily includes the privilege system, the basic system, the evaluation system, the examination system, each system has its own Oracle database. Our group is responsible for the evaluation of the teaching system, and the normal needs of the evaluation system and the use of the system of authority and the basic system, the specific business here is not much explanation. The recent evaluation of teaching activities, the basic system in the basic library into the real data, and evaluation system also want to carry out the function and stress testing, of course, different direct operation of the basic real database data, so we prepared a standby server with Oracle, as a test use.
Oracle databases cannot be backed up as directly as SQL Server. I first built the underlying system tablespace and set up a user and assigned permissions for the Oracle database replication or backup restore, where I offer navicat 3 ways to operate:
1. Copy Oracle table data using the Navicat Premium tool
This is the equivalent of CTRL + C and CTRL + V operations; Direct replication of data from the source Oracle database to the target database is faster, but it feels easy to make mistakes, and data import errors can continue to import other table data. Select a table directly from the source library, press CTRL + C, select the table in the target library, and press CTRL + V to choose the data table, view, and so on that you want to copy.
2.Navicat Export, import Wizard to back up restore
This is true backup, restore operation, in this way when the Export Wizard for data backup, take a look at the data format supported by the Import Wizard to prevent data from being easily restored. This way each table will export a corresponding file.
2.1 Select Source Library ' table ', select Export Wizard, make data backup
2.2 Select Target Library ' table ', select Import Wizard, do data restore
3. Navicat run, dump SQL files to restore, back up Oracle database
This way the table of the entire database can be exported to a SQL file, which is not easy to lose files or data, 3 ways this is the most reliable way.
3.1 Select Target Library ' table ', select ' Dump SQL file ' Wizard to make data backup
3.2 Select Target Library ' table ', select ' Run SQL file ' to restore data
This is the Navicat tool for the Oracle database replication or backup, restore operation of the function, the introduction is complete, and perhaps a better way to operate I have not found, I hope more people to share, exchange learning
