Note the JRE library configuration when calling ant in eclipse.

If ant is called on the command line, everything works.

This is probably because the JRE library settings of your project are incorrect. Find 'libraries' in the 'java build path' of the project and check whether your JRE system library settings are correct. We recommend that you select the same JDK version as JRE.
