1. Check if there is a problem with the Voice software

: Through the system recorder function recording test, if the system Sound Recorder function is normal, then need to reinstall Voice software.

Test the recording method using the system recorder:

1. Click the Start menu in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  

2. Enter "Recorder" in the Search window and click the search result "recorder" appearing above, the following figure:

 

3. In the Open Recorder window, click "Start Recording".

 

4. After recording, click "Stop Recording".

 

5. Select Save path, then click "Save" below.

 

when you are done with the above method, open the saved recording file and try to listen for sound. If you can record through the system recorder, the built-in microphone is not faulty, we recommend that the voice chat software uninstall and reinstall.

2. Check whether the internal microphone volume is set to mute

: If the built-in microphone is set to mute, there will be no sound when you pass the microphone voice.

Suppress Mute method:

1. Click the Start menu in the lower left corner of the screen and select Control Panel.

 

2. Select "Sound" in the control Panel.

 

3. Then select "Record".

 

4. Use the right mouse button to click "Microphone" and select "Properties".

 

5. Select the "Level" option.

 

6. At this point you can see the "microphone" on the right side of the "small horn" is mute state, the following figure:

 

7. Use the left mouse button click "Small Horn" icon, mute is canceled, and then click "OK" below.

 

3. Reinstall the sound card driver

: If there is no problem checking the above devices, you need to reinstall the sound card driver.

Install sound card Drive method:

1. Login to Samsung official website www.samsung.com.cn, in the upper-right corner of the notebook model "Q470" and search.

 

2. In "All related search", click "Driver".

 

3. Select the "Personal Computer q470-jt02 (NP-Q470-JT02CN) Driver" in the matching results.

 

4. Find the "sound card" driver for your operating system in the driver list and click "ZIP" on the right side to download it.

5. Click the right mouse button on the downloaded driver icon and select "Extract to Current Folder".

 

6. Then the mouse double-clicks the application "Setup" to install it.
