Notepad ++ notebook touchpad vertical scroll is invalid-Solution

Problem: Support for vertical scrolling in the touchpad Driver (that is, two fingers rolling, or Scrolling on the side) is invalid in Notepad ++.

Solution:

1. If you use Notepad ++, you are considered as a goddamn fucking programmer by default, so you have skipped a lot of advance knowledge.
2. Open regedit and jump to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ synaptics \ syntpenh
3. Create a New DWORD Value named usescrollcursor and set it to 0.
4. Log out of the user and log on again.

Cause: It seems that the small icon drawn on the screen when the touchpad driver is rolling conflicts with notepad ++.

Description: This solution is for the synaptics touchpad driver. The solution is to translate the post from SF and read the goddamn fucking programmer that is not used to searching in English.
