One Google play version of Android 4.3 source code

Android 4.3 has been released, but the upgrade is still in the preparation phase, but at least for Google Play's original version of HTC One, it seems really fast. Today, HTC released one Google play version of Android 4.3 source code on the developer's website, along with the corresponding framework support files. The file versions of both are 3.06.1700.10, and the system kernel version is 3.4.10.

Hope that other non-native models can also be 4.3 OTA as soon as possible.
