1. Open the Oracle Net Manager
2. Service Naming: Test
TCPIP Host: 127.0.0.1 Port: 1521
3. Listening programs
Select a listening location
Network address: localhost
Port: 1521
Select Database Service
Global database name Sid:test
4. Stop the monitoring service to start the monitoring service
