If the value is 95% and 10 ms, it means that 95% of queries will be returned within 10 ms. For OLTP queries, it is ideal to return results within 50 ms. A query that exceeds ms can be considered as a slow query.
4. Cost
After the stability and speed are solved, the cost is solved. The cost mainly consists of hardware cost + software cost + labor cost. Because Internet enterprise software is mainly developed independently and open source, hardware and labor cost are the main factors, the hardware cost also includes the rack, bandwidth, and power cost of the data center.
