No current SQL statement being executed.
This error occurs in some versions of 9i because the file size exceeds the OS limit and is a problem that most appear on the Windows platform.

Its a bugs specific to NT platform only. Cannot autoextend to 4Gb boundary,this bug are fixed in 9203.

But the database is 10.2.0.4 on 64-bit Windows, and the problem appears on the temporary tablespace file.
