Org.eclipse.swt.swterror no more handles Flash Builder

Eclipse, when Flex Builder starts, it sometimes reports log errors: Org.eclipse.swt.swterror No more handles Flash builder, and then a whole bunch of information.

See some solutions on the web and summarize the following:

Scenario One: Clear mrulist content in *.ui.workbench\workbench.xml under ". Metadata" in the workspace

Scenario Two: Change the INI file's boot memory to large

Scenario Three: Clear all files under the workspace

Scenario Four: Adobe declares this to be a bug, but this problem does not exist in fb4.6.

After a night's resolution, My solution:

(1) First found log file mentioned, java1.6.0.16, so update installation JDK is 1.6.0.16 version (originally 1.6.0.45 version)

(2) Re-run Flexbuilder, found also reported wrong. Then it clears all the files under the workspace and re-runs the discovery OK.
