In IE, the Code cannot be identified, leading to a blank page (but you can see that the HTML code has been downloaded and correct from the source code ). Because IE displays the content first and then searches for the character set defined in the header, an error occurs. Firefox searches for charset at the beginning, so it works normally in Firefox.
