One is to download the Chinese package to the local eclipse directory to overwrite it;
The other method is to update data online directly. For exampleHttp://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/R0.10.1/indigo
2. ADT and SDK

[Mismatch between ADT and SDK]
After the SDK is updated, point to Android-SDK-windows in eclipse preference. Appears:
This android SDK requires Android developer Toolkit version 17.0.0 or above. Current version is 10.0.0.v201102162101-104271. Please update ADT to the latest version.
After the update, the content of the plug-in. Pro file in Android-SDK-Windows/tools/lib is changed
# Begin plugin. Prop
Plugin. Version = 17.0.0
# End plugin. Prop
When eclipse looks at this file, it finds plugin. Version = 17.0.0, and thinks that the current SDK requires plug-ins later than version 17.00, but we still use the old plug-ins.
Solution: Change the version information of plugin. version to the version number of the old version, for example, 10.0.0. Change to plugin. Version = 10.0.0. Save and restart eclipse.
