Method/step
1. open the PS software, create a new canvas, 800*500 pixels, and fill it with a paint bucket in black.
2. create a new layer, use the rectangle tool to draw a thin rectangular bar, and use the paint bucket tool to fill it with white
3. after creating a rectangle, click "filter"> "stylized"> "wind" in the top menu bar.

This is done with a petal.
9. then, we will get the petal layer, copy the layer four times, and press CTRL + T on the keyboard to rotate and adjust it to get the shape of the flower. after the petals are merged, copy two flowers and join them together.
10. you can fill in different colors for each layer of flowers. on each layer of flowers, click "color superposition" to overlay and select your favorite color.
Notes
The color of the flowers can be changed at will, and the background color can also be changed at will.
