Removes the limit that Android 2.2 can send 100 messages per hour.

First install the Android 2.2 SDK,

Download android-sdk_r10-windows.zip, decompress it, and run the SDK manager.exe to install it.
If JDK is not installed, install JDK first.

After installation, the path in the system environment variable settings contains the JDK bin directory, SDK tools directory, and platform-tools directory.

Before removing the limit, you must first root the phone, and then click Settings-ApplicationProgram-Development: Enable USB debugging. Connect your phone to your computer using a data cable and set it to charge only.
