When the IOS app runs for the first time, if you use some sensitive features (such as visiting albums, sending tweets, etc.), a prompt box will pop up asking if the user is allowed. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and set the date ahead A/more. Turn the device off completely again and Turn it back.
