Samba is a free software that implements the SMB protocol on Linux and UNIX systems. It consists of servers and client programs.
In Samba 3.2.0-4.4.0rc3 smbd, security vulnerabilities exist in the implementation of SMB1. authenticated remote users use UNIX SMB1 to create a symbolic link and modify any ACL, then, the write operation on ACL content is called with non-UNIX SMB1.
