Wildcard characters

The difference between a regular and a wildcard:

1. A regular match string that matches the file name of the wildcard character.
2. Regular---> contains matching
3. Wildcard characters---> exact match
4. grep for search string awk the SED can recognize the regular
5. The LS find CP that searches for file names can recognize wildcards
