Install SQL Server Management, tip error: An earlier version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 was installed on this computer. Please upgrade VS2008 to SP1 before installing SQL Server 2008.

Workaround : Modify the registry. To run the registry, rename the Hkeylocalmachine/software/microsoft/devdiv. Install it and change it back to the original. Everything OK
