Refer to the information on the Internet, finally done. The steps are:

1) Remove SQL Server completely from Add/Remove Programs.

2) Delete the SQL Server directory that is not deleted.

3) Open Registry Editor and locate the PendingFileRenameOperations project in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager , and remove it. This allows you to clear the Install pending project.

4) Delete the keys in the registry that are related to SQL Server.

In fact, it is estimated that as long as the 3rd step can be done, so you can clear the installation of suspended items. Oneself is to go first 1,2,4, finally did 3 only then fix. So an estimate of 3 is the most critical.
