- Confirm that the KB 3035583 update is installed (if you are sure you are installed, skip to step 2)
To do this, click Start, type command prompt or cmd in the Search for box, right-click the command prompt, and then click Run as Administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or click Allow.
Then copy the following command and right-click in the command prompt, click Paste, and then press ENTER (enter) to perform:
Dism/online/get-packages/format:table|findstr 3035583 |
If KB 3035583 is already installed, "installed" is displayed and no display is displayed without installation.
If you do not have KB 3035583 installed, check and install in Control Panel \ System and Security \ Windows Update, and then restart the computer after installation. Then follow the action in step 2.
- To start the Get Windows 10 notification program
Open the command prompt again, copy the following command, and execute:
%windir%\system32\gwx\gwxconfigmanager.exe/refreshconfig&ping 127.0.0.1>nul&%windir%\system32\gwx\ GWX.exe |
You will see the "Get Windows 10" notification program icon in the taskbar notification area:
Click on it to eject the notification.
- Confirm that the KB 3035583 update is installed (if you are sure you are installed, skip to step 2)
Slide it from the right edge of the screen, and then click Search. Or, if you use the mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Search. In the Search for box, type command prompt or CMD, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or click Allow.
Then copy the following command and right-click in the command prompt, click Paste, and then press ENTER (enter) to perform:
Dism/online/get-packages/format:table|findstr 3035583 |
If KB 3035583 is already installed, "installed" is displayed and no display is displayed without installation.
If you do not have KB 3035583 installed, check and install in Control Panel \ System and Security \ Windows Update, and then restart the computer after installation. Then follow the action in step 2.
- To start the Get Windows 10 notification program
Open the command prompt again as an administrator, copy the following command, and execute:
