To change the deployment path "diagram" for a Web project that is published by Tomcat in Eclipse

My Eclipse working directory:

D:\eclipse\workspace

After you have configured Tomcat in Eclipse, the path to publish to is:

D:\eclipse\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp1\wtpwebapps

This path is too deep, so I want to use Tomcat's default path and how to make changes in eclipse.

1, find the server panel, right click on the current Tomcat, remove all of the works.

2, and then right click on the tomcat, choose Clean, empty.

3. Double-clicking that Tomcat will open the Properties panel and locate the second server locations on the left.

Select the second one will create a new Wtpwebapps file under the Tomcat path, storing the Web project that Tomcat publishes;

Select the third one, and you can enter the path you want in server path and save it.
