1. Error:
when booting Tomcat under Eclipse , the error is: booting tomcat under Eclipse error: The Archive:c:/program Files (x86) /java/jdk1.7.0_10/lib/tools.jar which is referenced by the classpath, doesnot exist.
2. Reason:
This is because I moved the tomcat position halfway through , and the tomcat configuration in Eclipse has not changed.
3. Resolution:
Open The tomcat configuration in Eclipse , double-click Tomcat in the Server tab , and select openlaunch configuration As shown in the following:
The following screen will appear when you open it:
As shown, I marked the wrong path, removed the error path, and ensured that the paths to the two jar packages of Tools.jar and Bootstrap.jar were properly configured.
Summary : When moving related resources or relying on resources, it will have an impact on the original projects that depend on it . Try to keep your IDE and related environment fixed , make fewer changes , and reduce the chances of those hidden errors appearing .
"Turn" Eclipse starts Tomcat error:/bin/bootstrap.jar which is referenced by the classpath, does not exist.
