Method/step

Use a camera or mobile phone to take a clear picture, preferably with a white or dark background

Find a photo of your suit online, and use PS to open your photo and a photo of your suit online.

Use PS to extract the subject (use a magic wand to learn this part on the internet if you don't understand it), and then move it to the suit.

Ctrl + t adjust the avatar size, move to the appropriate position with the suit, and place the layers of the suit photo on the portrait layer

Click the image layer to create a mask, and use a paint brush tool to smear the character's skin outside the suit.
