First download an ISO file from the Internet. Enter "ghost download" or "system download" in the search engine to display some websites that provide system download. You can simply find a version of your favorite system and download it. Download a recording CD software "ultraiso" from the Internet to burn the CD.

How to Create a boot disk?

Start by making the boot disc. On a new computer or a computer that has crashed, you cannot enter the XP desktop. Therefore, you need to boot the CD to install the system. The following method can be used as the boot disk.

Place a blank CD on your recorder (If your optical drive on your computer does not contain the burning function, you can't do it ). Start the ultraiso software and open the downloaded ISO system file. Choose tools> burn disc image from the menu, and then select "burn" in the pop-up dialog box.

 

Create a USB flash drive. Insert a USB flash drive larger than your ISO file into your computer. Note that there is no important data in it, because the data on the USB flash drive will be cleared when writing system data. Start the ultraiso software and open the downloaded ISO system file. Choose boot disc> write hard disk image from the menu, and then select write in the pop-up dialog box.

 

Set the computer to start from the USB flash drive

After the power is turned on the computer, click del on the desktop to enter the BIOS settings page (for laptops, click F12 or F2. Different laptops are operated according to the prompts on the boot screen ). Set boot priority, which includes CD-ROM (boot from the disc), hard disk (boot from the hard disk), USB (boot from the U disk) and so on. This detailed operation process will not be detailed.
