Using notepad++ to write HTML and JS files in Chinese garbled processing __javascript

The main reason is the UTF-8 format code with no BOM reason.

The possible causes of garbled characters:

1, the source file to save the encoding format

2. Text Edit encoding format

Two ways:

1, directly in the notepad++ encoding mode by the "UTF-8 No BOM format coding" to "UTF-8 format coding" can be;

2, in the HTML file header file to add a section of code:

	<meta http-equiv= "Content-type" content= "Text/html;charset=utf-8" >
