Scom supports Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, and JBoss under the Java platform; I take tomcat for this environment, because this application is very, very popular.

First we prepare the Tomcat environment, download a new version of the package from the official website, and download the JDK installer from Sun's website.

The default installation path for JDK is as shown below, and the JRE directory is also generated in the upper directory
