Make sure that Intel virtual technology is turned on in the bios of the host and that "Enable Vt-x/amd-v" is checked in the virtual machine configuration.
This is because the CPU does not support VT-X technology or vt-x technology is locked.
If you do not turn on virtualization support, you cannot install a 64-bit operating system on a virtual machine or set up multiple CPUs on an operating system, and if you install a 32-bit operating system that only sets one CPU, the above error will not occur.
Vt-x is Intel CPU virtualization technology to see if the CPU supports VT-X technology:
Cat/proc/cpuinfo | grep flags
Set the CPU to turn on vt-x technology.
go to BIOS option, select Config->cpu->intel virtualization technology,, save exit, shut down, and start the machine.
VirtualBox cannot open a new task for a virtual computer/vt-x features locked or unavailable in MSR.
