Click the Advanced function to view the page. There are two modes, one is the editing mode, which is also the most common and the other is the development mode, in the next lesson, we will talk about this mode. Click to enter the editing mode.
After entering the editing mode, we will see the status enabled by default. click the "set" button in it to start setting the automatic reply function.
On the automatic reply settings page, we can see three buttons on the left for automatic reply, which are added with automatic reply, automatic reply to messages, and automatic reply to keywords.
1. added automatic reply: This is a place to set welcome information for new users. whenever a new user follows your official account, the system will automatically send the content here to users. The settings here are very important. all users learn how to use your platform account through the welcome information. for example, if you are prompted to enter "phone number", you can find the contact information of your company, enter "help" to view all bootstrap keywords.
[Liu Zijun tips] do not write all the information or all the keywords you have set out as much as possible. at first, the amount of information was too large to scare users away, therefore, you can put some major query keywords, such as the help or the symbol for quick content query. Please try not to exceed the screen content (currently the mainstream is 4 inch screen mobile phones, so we suggest using 4 inch mobile phone screen effects), there is not a whole article, it is best to multi-segment, the longest section contains no more than three lines and multiple blank lines. add some QQ pictures as appropriate and do not look too boring. Here you can put some text art typographical content to make your welcome information more personalized. For example, on Valentine's Day, you can use the Rose or red-hearted icon to spell out two heart shapes.
2. Automatic Message Reply: If a user sends a keyword or invalid information that you have not set in the background, the system will send the content to the user to remind and help guide the user to use the correct keyword for query. This function is similar to the 404 error page of the website, prompting that the information does not exist and guiding the user back to the correct way of use. Therefore, it must be set here. otherwise, when the user sends some keywords that you have not set, the system will not feedback any information to the user, which will give the user an illusion, your account cannot be used, which causes your attention to be canceled.
3. automatic keyword Reply: This is the content center of the public platform. all content that requires interaction is added here. you can set the content of the materials prepared before the keyword binding, users can use keywords to precisely find the information they need.
Add rules: Used to add new keyword content rules.
Expand: Open the added content rule. The following page is displayed when you click add rule or expand.
1. rule name: First, we need to name this rule, which is mainly used for management and identification.
2. Keywords: The keywords added here are provided for users to search and query. remember not to add all irrelevant keywords. they must be related to the content on the right, otherwise, the user experience of searching for accurate information will be affected. Click "Add keyword" to display the following window. after entering the keyword, press enter to enter more keywords. this operation can greatly speed up keyword input.
3. Reply: Here we mainly include the reply content corresponding to the keyword, including text, files, and text. Text is pure text content, files are audio, images, and video content, and text is the text message we just learned. In addition to text, files, and images, you must edit them in the Material Management before calling them directly here. You can add up to five reply messages. if you add more than two Reply messages, the system will randomly extract one of the reply messages to the user.
Send all replies: There is a "send all replies" check box in the upper-right corner of the reply box. if you select the check box, all the messages you have added will be sent to the user at the same time.
Remember to save it. Otherwise, your effort will be wasted.
After adding a keyword, you can see that "full match" and "full match" appear next to the keyword ". If the keyword is followed by a "full match" state, you can match the word as long as the text you enter contains, and feed back the corresponding content to the user, for example, the following image, enter "phone number" to provide feedback, and enter "how to contact you? what is the phone number?" The match was successful because the phone number was included, and the platform also gave feedback. If the keyword is "fully matched", it means that the user must enter this keyword to report the corresponding content, for example, in the above image, I set "fax" to "full match". when "fax number" is entered, the platform will not send any feedback.
