After a vro connects to a broadband network, the vro cannot watch the video. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem.
1Confirm vroWANPort connected to IoT platform
Log on to the vro page and clickNetwork StatusConfirm that the WAN port of the router is connected to the Internet, as shown in the following figure:
2Confirm that no bandwidth control is set for the vro
Bandwidth Control is set on the vro interface and the bandwidth setting is small. This may cause the terminal device to fail to watch the video normally. We recommend that you disable the bandwidth control function and try again.
3Confirm that no Internet access control is set for the vro
Firewall, parental control, or Internet access control are set in the vro to block the ports related to video websites or video software. This will make the terminal unable to watch the video. Disable the Internet access control function unless necessary.
4Exclude other terminal influences
If large-volume applications (such as downloads and games) are being used on other terminals, the computer may be slow, slow, or unable to load videos when the bandwidth is insufficient, we recommend that you temporarily disconnect other terminals and then try to watch the video.
5, Change other video resources
If the video resource is faulty, it may lead to abnormal viewing. Change another video to test whether the video can be watched normally.
6Check Terminal problems
To ensure that the plug-in or video software for playing the video on the terminal is installed properly and the latest version, you can uninstall and reinstall the plug-in or video software, or replace other video playing software.
