The reason for this is that the names of the installed APK package on the mobile phone are the same, but the signature is different, so it will prompt you that the installation is not successful. The upgrade package on the server is signed with Android-tool, and I tested it with a real machine. That is to say, the android program on the computer runs directly on the mobile phone, without packaging the signature, the final result is that the file is downloaded to the mobile phone normally, but the installation fails.

In fact, the solution is also very simple: Install the signed installation package on the mobile phone, and then test the upgrade function, so there is no problem.
