When using a network or a game program, the following message is displayed: This computer lacks one or more network protocols.

Cause analysis:

Generally, the network protocol required by a program is not installed, or the protocol is deleted by a third-party program.

Solution:

Take the Win10 system as an example. The solution is as follows:

 

1. Click the network icon in the lower-right corner of the desktop and select 'Open Network and Sharing Center ';

 

 

2. Select 'change adapter settings' on the left ';

 

 

3. Double-click to open the network you are using, such as WLAN, and then open 'properties ';

 

 

 

4. Click "install" and select "protocol ';

 

 

 

5. Find the protocol you lack and click "OK". If you are not sure which protocol is missing, you can install it all;

 

 

6. Check the installed protocol.

 

 

If the problem persists, select 'configuration' in 'Step 2 ';

 

 

Uninstall the driver and reinstall the driver.
