Make a note here

When you encounter such a problem when writing a project, the IDE prompts "The Finally block is not completed properly" and requires the @ suppresswarnings ("finally") Prompt

Try {// try to convert the character set of the obtained value ......} catch (unsupportedencodingexception e) {// when the conversion fails, return new string (bttmp);} finally {return NULL;} is output directly with the UTF-8 ;}

The reason is that return is not recommended in finally, because the execution process of the function is that after return is called in try, the finallyCodeSo, in finally, only some code segments of the resource release class can be placed, and return is not allowed.
