WIN10 installation of Oracle 11g 32-bit client encountered INS-13001 environment does not meet the minimum requirements

After running Setup.exe as an administrator, there is a: [INS-13001] Environment does not meet the minimum requirements, through the online search to find a solution

First, open your unzipped database folder, find the stage, then CVU, find the Cvu_prereq.xml file, open it with Notepad, add the following content
