The specific manifestation of the problem is:
• First, try to unload the independent video card in Safe mode, and the screen brightness can be adjusted freely after unloading.
• Second, view Device Manager found that the independent graphics driver is not installed, when the installation is still not free to adjust brightness.
You can try to resolve the following scenarios:
• Right-click "Start Menu"--select "Run"--enter "regedit", return to open the registry, and expand in sequence:
{hkey_local_machine\system\controlset001\control\class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
• Modify the Kmd_enablebrightnessinterface2 key values in 0000 and 0001 to 0.
Alternatively, if you do not have the key value, create a new one, and the type is DWORD. If there is no 0001, just modify the key value in 0000.
• Reboot the device after the modification is complete, and then try to adjust the brightness.
